DSRV is building toward GxP-aligned, human-in-the-loop quality intelligence workflows: AI-assisted quality and regulatory intelligence with human review, cited evidence packs, and controlled workflow design.
Human-in-the-loop by design
AI output is draft and supporting evidence until a human reviews it. Our workflow is designed so that approval, rejection, and release of deliverables are recorded human signoffs — a button click alone is never an approval.
Source-grounded evidence
Files are hash-verified on transfer (SHA-256), kept with chain-of-custody records, and every deliverable traces back to the source documents that support it.
Audit trail
Uploads, downloads, reviews, and status changes land on an append-only activity ledger, and we are extending that record to every AI run — including failed ones — with before-and-after values.
Controlled access
Client workspaces are isolated per engagement and DSRV-side actions are attributable to named accounts. Role separation between drafting and quality signoff is part of the controlled-workflow rollout now underway.
Honest posture
DSRV is a governed platform under active development with a published validation roadmap. We do not market compliance claims we have not earned, and your quality unit always owns final GMP and regulatory decisions.
What we do not claim
DSRV does not market itself as a certified or validated electronic quality-management system, and it does not stand in for your quality organization, qualified persons, or regulatory affairs function. Where a customer engagement requires a validated workflow, that is scoped, contracted, and evidenced explicitly for that engagement.
